Got questions about Grow-nola? Here are the answers to the ones we hear most.

About Grow-nola

What makes Grow-nola different?

Grow-nola is made in small batches by a young entrepreneur in Auckland — from a kitchen, not a factory. Every bag is made fresh, by hand, and to order. We focus on clean, recognisable ingredients with no unnecessary fillers, while delivering one of the highest protein contents across granola options in New Zealand. No shortcuts, no mass production — just fresh, high-protein granola made properly.

How much protein is in Grow-nola?

Each 50g serve contains at least 12g of protein, making Grow-nola one of the highest-protein clean-ingredient granolas in New Zealand. It’s designed to actually keep you full — not spike and crash.

Where can I buy Grow-nola?

You can order directly through our website or find us at selected Auckland markets. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for market dates, product drops, and updates.

Allergens and dietary needs

Is Grow-nola vegan?

All of our granola is vegan.

Our protein bars are not vegan, as they contain grass-fed beef protein (which is dairy-free) and chocolate that contains milk.

Is Grow-nola gluten-free?

No. We use organic wholegrain oats in all of our products, which means Grow-nola is not gluten-free.

Storage and freshness

How should I store my granola?

Once opened, Grow-nola is best consumed within 3–4 weeks for maximum freshness. Reseal the bag tightly, squeeze out excess air, and store it in a cool, dry place.
