Shipping policy

We ship Grow-nola anywhere in New Zealand using NZ Post.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within New Zealand only, including rural addresses. We don't ship internationally yet — but we're working on it.
2. Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.
Indicative pricing:
- North Island: from $7.50
- South Island: from $9.50
- Rural addresses: additional rural delivery fee applies
Rates are based on NZ Post courier pricing and may vary by order size and weight.
3. Free shipping
Orders over $60 NZD ship free anywhere in New Zealand.
4. Dispatch times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm NZT on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
5. Delivery times
Once dispatched, your order is sent via NZ Post courier with tracking. Estimated delivery times:
- North Island urban: 1–2 business days
- South Island urban: 2–3 business days
- Rural addresses: add 1–2 business days
These are estimates from NZ Post and aren't guaranteed. Delays can happen during peak periods (Christmas, sales) or due to weather and courier disruptions.
6. Tracking your order
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly through NZ Post.
7. Where's my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking link, then check with neighbours and any safe-drop locations the courier may have used.
If it's still missing, email us at grownola.business@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
8. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or anything is missing, email us at grownola.business@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — see our Terms and Conditions for full details.
9. Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, but additional shipping charges will apply.
