Welcome to Grow-nola. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at grow-nola.com and any purchases you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

1. About us

This site is operated by Natasha Buchalter, trading as Grow-nola, based in Auckland, New Zealand. You can contact us at grownola.business@gmail.com.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm receipt by email, but a contract is only formed once we accept your order and dispatch it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where:

The product is out of stock or discontinued
There's a pricing or product description error
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of payment details
We're unable to ship to your address

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship within New Zealand. Shipping times and costs are detailed on our Shipping policy page.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

4. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you're buying for personal use, you have guaranteed rights to products that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

If something we sell you is faulty, damaged on arrival, or significantly different from what was described, contact us at grownola.business@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund.

5. Returns and refunds

Because Grow-nola is a perishable food product, we generally don't accept returns for change of mind. We will, however, replace or refund any product that:

Arrives damaged or spoiled
Is past its best-before date when delivered
Doesn't match its description on our site
Has a manufacturing defect

To request a refund or replacement, email us at grownola.business@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. For full details, see our Return and refund policy.

6. Allergens and dietary information

Our products contain allergens including nuts (almonds, walnuts) and oats, and are made in a facility that handles other tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, and gluten-containing grains. Always check the ingredient list and allergen declaration on the pack before consuming.

Nutritional information on our site is provided in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. If you have specific dietary requirements or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before adding new foods to your diet.

7. Use of our website

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
Submit false information when placing an order

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, branding, and product photography — is owned by Grow-nola or used with permission. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
